Catherine Dove

Catherine Dove has sold and marketed LTC insurance  for the last 20 years. She has a diverse background in the LTC health care industry and LTC insurance industry.  She has been quoted in Kiplinger's  Personal Finance magazine and spoken at many LTC conferences. Catherine is the Founder of theLTC Inner Circle, the industry's professional LTC Sales and Marketing organization as well as the Co-Creator of the LTC Boot Camp. Prior to this she was the Director of Field Training for John  Hancock Long-Term Care. Catherine has specialized in the LTC Insurance industry since 1994 after working in the Long-Term Care provider industry for 4 years.  Her previous training experience includes training for LTC Consultants as well as teaching the CLTC Master Class (Certified in LTC) where she also was the Director of CLTC Instructors.  Her sales experience includes being a career agent for GE Capital (now Genworth Financial), building an LTC Managing General Agency, as well as her own personal producing LTC agency.

WEBINAR MEETS CLASSROOM METHOD REQUIREMENT

During this course, participants will learn about the state and federal regulations and requirements and the relationship between qualified state long-term care insurance Partnership programs and other public and private coverage of long-term care services, including Medicaid. They will learn about the available long-term care services and providers, as well as changes or improvements in long-term care services or providers. Also taught will be the alternatives to the purchase of long-term care insurance as well as the effect of inflation on benefits and the importance of inflation protection. The participants will also learn about consumer suitability standards and guidelines.
