LTC Connection offers the refresher training as both a webinar and an online self-study course. The main difference is that the self study course can be taken at your convenience, but requires that you pass a short exam at the end. Alternatively, the webinar does not require you to pass an exam, but does require that you set aside a block of 4 hours on a specific day in order to attend the webinar. Deciding between the two format options is typically based on whether you prefer the ability to start and stop the course whenever you like (self-study) or if you prefer to avoid taking an exam (webinar).
